Well, I haven't been posting because I'm either too busy or too tired......so sue me. :)
Today was one of those day's where you look back and just say "BLAHHHHH." I didn't get anything done and I am completely tired out of my mind. It's hard for us lazy people, do I lay down and do nothing or do I sit down and do nothing...just kidding. I did manage to complete my son,Gabriel's homeschooling today. Wednesday's are really hard as far as homeschooling is concerned, lots of stuff to do and test to take. Everything has been going well lately, kid's have been good. Troy did have a tooth pulled a little while ago because he got an infection under it but other than that everyone's peachy.
Last weekend we took a vacation with the two older boy's and our daughter, Troy stayed home because he doesn't travel well, it really stresses him out plus he got to stay with Mama (my hubs mother) so all was well. We traveled over to Bend,OR on Friday morning and went to the High Desert Museum after which we checked into our motel and went swimming. After about an hour of pretending to be a shark in the pool we went back to our room and got ready for dinner with my aunt and uncle that live in Bend. We ate at the Olive Garden and hung out for maybe 2 hours or so, it was nice to catch up, I haven't seen them in several years. After dinner we went back to the motel, vegged and watched some TV and then went to bed. The following day,Saturday, We went to the hiking trails next to the Deschutes River and walked a few miles, then we went to a Lava park but it was still full of snow so we didn't see much. We headed back into town after that and hit up McDonald's and then an old fashioned candy shop called "Goody's." I had a Linda Loves Sunday (chocolate, pie cherries, cherry sauce, fudge), Laz had pistachio ice cream,Gabe had a lollipop, Emma munched on some sour jelly beans and Paul had some of that old fashioned rock candy...basically sugar on a stick..mmmmmmmmmmm.
After that we walked around the Bend Goodwill and found a couple picture frames,a couple dresses for Em, a pair of swimming trunks for Troy and a book for me. After that we headed home.
We listened to Jim Gaffigans King Baby stand-up routine nearly all the way home. Man that guy is hilarious. If you haven't listened to his stuff you should really watch it. Perhaps I will try to figure out how to post a video here, lol. The trip home was actually relatively quick but that's sort of a given since Laz was driving. The only stop we made was in Sweet Home so Gabe could go to the bathroom. We got home just in time for Laz's mom to bake us a pizza from Papa Murphy's...Chicago Style.
SO that's what's been going on in this neck of the woods. I should mention that the plans are still going for my party but I am in the process of figuring out a guest list. And I will certainly be adding more dreams on here too as I have still been having the oddest dreams ever.

HA! I Just Remembered
CHAPTER 36
I just remembered I had a dream last night as well. I dreamed that all my kids where well behaved at all times and that we were uber wealthy......ok, not really but a girl can always dream can't she. Seriously though, I did have a dream last night. I dreamed that I was driving the van in an unfamiliar town at night. I was headed down a steep hillside street and it was raining heavily, to the point were I could hardly see, not to mention my windshield wipers where not up to par. The van started to accelerate on it's own and no matter how hard I pushed the brakes it wouldn't slow down. We started flying down this hillside street, totally out of control. Suddenly I could feel the van go airborne and then hit a wall of water and then we started to sink, I could even hear the "glugging" sound that goes with that. I immediately knew we had gone into a lake and that I had to get he kids out now. So as I was unbuckling the windshield broke and I woke up. How's that for a crazy nightmare? I hate dreams like that...I really do.

Walking with Jesus amongst the Birds
CHAPTER 35
Well not much new to report here. The kids were a little grumpy today but other than that it's been the average uneventful day. I think I'll tell about a dream I had about a year ago. I know that if I don't write it down now I eventually will forget all the details of it.
Walking with Jesus Amongst the Birds
I was walking through what looked to be a large open animal preserve, the kind you can drive through and interact with. I appeared to be in the section where all the birds are but mainly I saw a bunch of cranes. As I walked down a dirt path I was met by a familiar face, it was Jesus. He came along side me and we walked together as two best friends would do. As we walked along we came to watch looked like an orchard. The trees were full of bright green leaves but there was no fruit on the tree's or the ground. I asked Jesus what this meant to which he replied "The evil that has been allowed to habitate, keeps my children from bearing fruit." He went on to say something about how the fruit also represents our children but I don't want to quote him there because I don't remember it word for word. We began to walk again, down the same path to my left there was a grove of regular tree's,Aspen perhaps.Suddenly, at the edge of the tree-line I saw a bear come charging towards us. Luckily, I thought, there was a fence between us (the electrified kind)The bear stopped short of the fence. Jesus climbed over the fence and began to pet the bear on the head then he called me over to do the same. I shook my head at him, I was so scared. Jesus then told me "Do not be afraid, he is my friend." I went over and began to pet this bear on the head and found that though he was scary to behold he was tame.
We left that enclosure and started on the path again. A little ways up the path we came to another enclosure with a huge bull in it. The bull had an oddly shaped geometric head and it was bucking wildly. Again Jesus went into the enclosure with the bull and began to pet it. Again he called me to do the same and again I was freaked out of my mind. Jesus then said again "Do not be afraid, he is also my friend." So I went into the enclosure and began to pet the bull only to find that he was also tame. We left that enclosure and Jesus took me to a house. The house was only one room, a bedroom. At this point Jesus had left and it became night. I got into the bed and was about to go to sleep when I heard a loud crash. The bear I had saw earlier came crashing through the wall of my room. Again I was frightened at first but then I remembered that though he was scary he was a friend of Jesus and was quite tame. I got out of bed and walked over to the bear and petted it then the bear left. I went and got back into bed. Moments later another crash, this time it was the bull crashing through my bedroom wall. Again I got up and petted the animal and again the animal left. Then I woke up.

Dream Journal
CHAPTER 34
I have decided to keep a dream journal. I have been having the craziest dreams lately. The day before yesterday I dreamed that Laz and I were at a friends house when he offered us drugs. I was scared and didn't take anything but Laz tried some... of course I was shocked and that's when I ran away. While I was running I ended up at Disneyland and inside some sort of motel or something there with a really cool lobby and parkway. As I was running out of the parkway an earthquake happened. After it was over I looked to my left and there was Cinderella's castle. Yesterday I dreamed that I was at some sort of awards ceremony in Hollywood (lots of famous people). Anyway's I excepted an award for something. As I was walking back down the isle a famous actor grabbed my arm and pulled me to the side and in a snarky tone told me "You realize those are not real Russian tattoo's." That's when I looked and I saw a tattoo on each elbow of a Celtic looking cross. I bent down towards this actor and told him "these tattoo's are in honor of my children that have passed away." (uh what!?) Anyways, he looked shocked. I left out of there real quick as I was very upset and hurt, I could hear him following me yelling "miss, wait." Then last night I had a dream that I was back in school and it was in my bedroom. I had no clothing on (of course ha ha) so I covered up with a blanket. A female teacher walked in an several other "students". The teacher asked us to pull out a blank piece of paper and a "patriotic sticker." (What the......?)

Tooth Today Gone Tomorrow
CHAPTER 33
This last Saturday we ended up having to take Troy to the dentist, he had a toothache. When we got there we found out it was abscessed and needed to come out right away. Mind you, Troy has Autism and is non-verbal so when they brought in the "papoose" to strap him down I knew we were going to have issues. Poor little thing was so scared, they had to strap him down and give him a couple shots to numb up the area, no gas...nothing. He screamed the entire time, luckily it took the dentist all of about 2 minutes to get the tooth out but I could tell my little guy is going to be traumatized for awhile. In all we spent the better part of the day up in Salem (about 27 miles from our home-town) at the dentist. Meanwhile our other kiddo's were at babysitters. I think I owe the babysitters an extra special "thank you." It's amazing,Troy seemed happy as a clam by the next day. When I got a tooth pulled I felt like I had been punched in the face and was sore for several days. It's amazing how children handle things like this so well.
On Monday I met with Paul's teacher to discuss possible changes to his IEP. The meeting went well as always. She said Paul is her top student and is doing very well academically and socially. Though the meeting went well it was bittersweet because her classroom only goes to the second grade so this is Paul's last year in her classroom. He will be attending a similar classroom(emphasis on communication) at a different school in town. So the last half hour of the meeting was spent discussing this huge transition and how we could possibly make is go smoother for Paul.
Our other kids are doing great, Emma is talking up a storm. Yesterday we went to a restaurant with my parents. When the waitress came to the table she asked if we would like anything to drink to start. Emma quickly replied, "pop!" I think she's had pop all of about three times and each time was a taste out of a straw but boy does she remember. Anyways, she is her sweet, happy and healthy self. Gabriel is also doing well with school and such. Not much to report with him. He's just pluggin' along being his goofy/happy self.
Update on the party: We have bought several sets of white dishes and a couple sets of silverware for the party. I think we will need one more set of dishes and then I can get to working on the menu some more and the invitations.
